We are here. A looong day yesterday. All went smoothly. The room is about the size of our room at home. Small for two for seven weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered lunch today from a Chinese restaurant. We have a choice of about 7 places.
Cam has seen many nurses doctors, etc. Actual treatment begins tomorrow. Chris and I are going to Walmart this afternoon. Must buy a coffee pot and toilet paper. We will meet with the doctors and make a plan either today or tomorrow

Dear Cam and Miriam,
I want to let you both know that you are in my thoughts and heart. I will be sending all positive, healing vibes that I have, to you Cam. Miriam, you are a blessed woman. I will keep watch on your site ~ what a cool way to keep everyone informed.
Much Love to ALL of you,
Julie
We already miss you! Frank is sad and Martha keeps heading up to your house and is confused by the emptiness. Glad you are there safe and sound. Grandma, you looked great when we spoke to you last night! Love to you all!

Cam & Miriam,
Great to hear you made it safely through the melee of travel to China. Kudos to Chris for helping on the journey. We wish Cam the best for his treatments over the coming weeks.
Cheers,
Andrew
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I cannot imagine 7 weeks in China! What a small world we have become.
We'll check on you every day we can. I'm heading to Baldwin on Aug. 9 & then Chautauqua, NY on the 16th (with Sandy and Mary). I'm hoping Mary will bring her laptop.
GOOD LUCK!!!
Love, Penny
So glad you arrived safely. The pictures are great! Hope things are going well with the treatment. I think of each of you every day!

Hi Cam and Miriam, I think I just sent my first message off into cyberspace so here I go again.
We certainly will be thinking of you all through the next seven weeks. The pictures are great--it gives us a visual sense of where you are. Good luck managing the system--we are praying that everything goes well. Sandy
Miriam, the blog is great...one week now and you look like you are in the REAL China...the hospital looks quite modern like a suburban hospital here. I am sure every day is a adventure and in need of great coping skills...keep up the good work and we will look forward to more pics, etc...Love, Sally E.
